Doug Rodgers spent his life on construction sites learning the trade skills and integrity of his father and grandfather. As the previous generation was slowing down, Doug rose to build his first home in 1971. Wanting to aim higher and gain more experience, he relocated to a metropolitan area and built more than 350 homes in 25 years in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth area next to largest builders in the U.S.
His partner in life and business, Lain Rodgers spent 40 years as an Interior Designer in Dallas and Hot Springs area. She became a Real Estate Broker in 1975 to facilitate the sale of new construction and resales for their company.

This family owned business includes their daughters, Beth and Summer, Lain's brothers, Ron and Dan, and nephew Roger Bates, along with a highly skilled team of professionals who have worked with them from 5 to 35 years to create a great team.

Their goal is to bring the best design and highest quality in every home they build. It is their legacy. In 48 Years, Doug and Lain have built and turned over the keys to 6,000 homes.
